What Data We Process

When you visit this website, technical access data may be processed to deliver the site and keep it secure. This can include IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, referrer, browser, operating system, and similar server log data.

If you join the waitlist, we process the first name and email address you submit. If you contact us by email, we process your message and contact details to answer your request.

Purposes and Legal Bases

  • Website delivery, security, and error diagnosis: legitimate interests under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Waitlist and course launch emails: consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
  • Contact requests: legitimate interests or pre-contractual communication under Art. 6(1)(f) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Waitlist Emails

You can unsubscribe from waitlist or launch emails at any time. After withdrawal, we stop sending those emails and delete or block the related data unless legal retention duties require otherwise.

Cookies and Analytics

This site is intended to run without non-essential tracking cookies. If analytics, advertising pixels, embedded media, or other tracking technologies are added later, this policy should be updated and, where required, consent should be collected before those technologies are used.

Processors and Transfers

Hosting, email, newsletter, or other technical providers may process data on our behalf. If providers outside the EU/EEA are used, transfers take place only where a valid legal mechanism applies, such as an adequacy decision or EU standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Server log data is kept only as long as needed for operation and security. Waitlist data is kept until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent, or the waitlist purpose no longer applies. Contact emails are kept as long as needed to handle the request and any related legal obligations.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. You can exercise these rights by contacting contact@lukaslechner.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Austria, this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
